Enrolling at Coomera Springs State School is an easy but important process.  There are 3 easy steps that you need to complete for enrolment.

Step 1 Confirmation of Catchment Residence​

Coomera Springs State School is governed by a School Enrolment Management Plan.
The school can offer enrolment to all students who reside inside the catchment area.
Refer to the Coomera Springs State School Enrolment Map to check you reside inside the school catchment.
Students who reside outside the school catchment may apply for enrolment, however places are limited and restricted to the availability in each year level.

Step 2 Enrolment Forms

Please download and complete the Application for Student Enrolment (PDF, 2,746 KB)​​ and submit in person or via email to
Please attach the following documents to the application (applications cannot be processed without these additional documents).
 1. Proof of Residence (A current lease agreement or council rates notice)
     and a utilities bill (electricity or phone bill)
 2. Student's Birth Certificate
 3. Latest Report Card (not required for Prep enrolments)
 4. Visa and Passport details for students born outside Australia and New Zealand

Step 3 Enrolment Interview

Enrolment applications are procesed when all of the above forms and documents have been submitted. Parents will be notified via email if the school can offer an enrolment interview.

At the enrolment interview, we will:

  • Discuss the details on the enrolment application
  • Discuss and organise uniforms and uniform expectations
  • Discuss and organise stationary, books and readiness for learning
  • Discuss and organise fee payments
  • Complete an enrolment agreement
It is very important for you to read and familiarise yourself with our school policies. Please read these prior to your interview as you will need to know about the policies, standards and expectations of our school prior to enrolling your children.
